Cancellation with 24 hours or more notice:

Sometimes it is unavoidable that you need to cancel a treament session.  If for any reason you do need to cancel your session and you DO give me at least 24 hours notice then no payment will be due.  

If payment was taken in advance for this session then it will be used to pay for the next re-scheduled session.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice:

If you cancel your treatment session giving me less than 24 hours notice then full payment for the session will be due.

* If the cancelled appointment is part of the weight / food management programme, smoking cessation programme or any other multi session plan then this session will be deducted from the total number of sessions remaining.

* If the session was one of your top up sessions to help boost your success then you will lose the rest of your free allocated sessions.

Lateness:

Please call ahead on 0791 709 7419 if you are running even a little bit late.  If you do arrive late then you will simply get the rest of YOUR allocated booking time, unless i can accomodate a full session. This will depends on my commitments on the day. Payment will still be due for the full session booked for you.
